Gluten-Free Nut-Free Cinnamon Raisin French Toast

How do you make French toast better? Well you make it with Whisked Gluten-Free Cinnamon Raisin bread of course! Drizzled with Pure Canadian Maple Syrup, you can also make this breakfast treat dairy-free by using dairy-free milk instead of regular milk! Go ahead and try it, we promise you won't be disapointed!

Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1/2 Loaf Whisked Gluten-Free Raisin Bread
1/4 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
4 eggs
2 TBSP Butter or Non-Dairy butter
Maple Syrup or your favourite dipping sauce (try our salted caramel for this!)
Sliced fruit for garnish

Directions:
1. In a medium size bowl whisk the egg and milk together until foamy
2. Heat a medium skillet to medium-high heat and melt the butter in pan
3. Dip bread on both sides in the egg mixture until saturated then place in the hot pan
4. Fry for 1-2 minutes and flip, each side should be golden brown
5. Serve warm with your favourite syrup!
