Shipping policy

We offer local delivery via third party courier within the Greater Toronto Area from Wednesday to Saturday for a $20.00 plus hst flat rate. Orders generally arrive between Noon and 7pm depending on road conditions. Please note that we do our best to educate the drivers on safe handling of perishable goods but once product leaves the bakery the product is out of our control.

If you experience issues or are unsatisfied with the state in which your delivery arrived, please call us without delay on the same day you received your order at 416-633-6313. Please ensure you take the driver's name down upon receipt and take pictures so we can make a claim with the delivery company.

We do our very best to ensure that all our patrons have a positive experience. Refunds or product replacements are determined on a case by case basis.

We need at least 48 hours notice for all delivery orders.
