Refunds
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
Due to the perishability of our products, all products are shipped fresh over a one-two day transit and must be frozen as soon as the shipment is received. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us immediately when your shipment has arrived. Items must have undergone significant damage. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure that you are able to receive the package on the day that it is set to arrive. No refunds will be offered for spoiled product that has been left for more than two days at the shipping depot and or mailbox.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a visual proof of any damage.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your proof of damage is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Note that only the value of the product will be refunded, the shipping value will not be refunded unless there are special circumstances.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
