The Whisked gluten-free all purpose flour blend can be used as substitute cup for cup in all your recipes. Best used for recipes that are denser and can allow for a deeper flavour (chocolate) like quick breads, muffins and cookies!

Ingredients: sorghum flour, millet flour, tapioca starch, guar gum *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs

Instructions: Keep at room temperature for up to 2 months, frozen for up to 6 months.
