Whole grain pancake mix makes old fashioned fluffy pancakes. Simple to make and flavour to your taste!
Ingredients: flour blend (sorghum flour, millet flour, tapioca starch, guar gum), organic cane sugar, baking powder (baking soda, cream of tartar), organic flax seeds, sea salt. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs.
Instructions: Keep at room temperature for up to 4 months.
To prepare: In a small mixing bowl combine 1 cup of milk (or milk substitute for dairy-free pancakes), 1 egg and 1 tbsp oil (i.e melted butter, coconut oil). 2. Add 1 cup of pancake mix and whisk until there are no lumps. 3. Pre-heat a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium-high heat. 4. Add 1/4 cup batter for each pancake and cook until tops are bubbly and slightly dry around the edges (about 1-2 minutes), flip and brown the other side without pressing down on the pancake for an additional 1-2 minutes. 5. Serve with topping of choice!
