Our take on Boston cream made into cake! Three layers of chocolate cake masked and bordered with our dark chocolate ganache cream stuffed with vanilla custard.
Ingredients: Cake: cake mix (flour blend (sorghum flour, millet flour, tapioca starch, guar gum), organic cane sugar, baking powder (baking soda, cream of tartar), baking soda, sea salt), water, bananas, organic cocoa powder, organic coconut oil, organic flax seeds; Filling/topping: coconut milk, organic cane sugar, tapioca starch, dark chocolate (golden cane sugar, cacao mass, cacao butter), sea salt, vanilla *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to one month, refrigerated for up to 5 days, best enjoyed at room temperature (remove from fridge or freezer a few hours before eating).
