Another quick and healthy meatless meal to bring to work or to have on hand after a long cold day!
Ingredients: Chickpeas, coconut milk, onions, carrot, green peas, olive oil, fresh ginger, curry paste (red chili, garlic, lemongrass, galangal, salt, shallot, coriander root, kaffir lime leaf), salt Basmati Rice
*May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 3 months.
Baking instructions: Microwave: From frozen remove lid and place in microwave and re-heat for 5-8 minutes until desired temperature is achieved.
Oven/Toaster Oven: From frozen remove lid and place in pre-heated oven at 375 F for 20 minutes.
*Everything is pre-cooked so it‘s just a matter of re-heating.
