Ingredients: Cake: organic cane sugar, eggs, flour blend (white rice flour, millet flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), butter, sour cream, vanilla, baking soda, sea salt. Buttercream: butter, sugar, egg whites, water, vanilla. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs.
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to one month, refrigerated for up to 5 days, best enjoyed at room temperature (remove from fridge or freezer a few hours before eating).

I’m so glad I found this bakery for my daughter’s 5th birthday party. She has celiac disease and has been having a hard time at other kids’ birthdays not being able to eat the same food, especially the cake. I got these for her party and they were beautiful and delicious. I got the vegan birthday cupcake for her best friend with an egg allergy and they were both so happy to not feel different or left out. I’ll definitely get these again.

Amazing! The cupcakes for my baby shower went over so well! Everyone enjoyed them
