Gluten-Free Nut-Free Soy-Free Tourtiere

Traditional Quebec meat pie, adapted from "grand-maman Larocque's" 100 year old recipe.

Ingredients: Pastry: flour blend (white rice flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), butter, water, vinegar, organic cane sugar, sea salt. Filling: ground pork, bread crumbs (water, whole white rice flour, tapioca starch, extra-virgin olive oil, egg whites, organic cane sugar, lemon juice, yeast, guar gum, sea salt), onions, spices, sea salt. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs

Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 2 months.

Re-Heating Instructions: Pre-heat oven/toaster oven to 350 F/ 175 C, from the freezer place pie on a baking tray and re-heat for about 40 minutes.
