Cake: monk fruit sweetener, eggs, flour blend (white rice flour, millet flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), butter, sour cream, vanilla, baking soda, sea salt.

Buttercream: butter, monk fruit sweetener, egg whites, water, vanilla.


Ingredients (Chocolate):

Cake: cake mix (flour blend (sorghum flour, millet flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), monk fruit sweetener, baking powder (baking soda, cream of tartar), baking soda, sea salt), water, bananas, organic cocoa powder, organic coconut oil, organic flax seeds.

Icing: monk fruit sweetener, corn starch, vegan butter (Natural oil blend (palm fruit, canola, safflower, flax and olive oils), filtered water, contains less than 2% of pure salt, natural flavour (plant derived from corn, no msg, no alcohol, no gluten), sunflower lecithin, lactic acid (non-dairy), and naturally extracted annatto for colour)

Instructions: Keep frozen for up to one month, refrigerated for up to 5 days, best enjoyed at room temperature (remove from fridge or freezer a few hours before eating).
