Three layers of vanilla cake filled with our homemade strawberry reduction, masked and bordered with our classic Italian buttercream.
*Fresh strawberries are used for presentation purposes only.
Ingredients: Cake: organic cane sugar, eggs, flour blend (white rice flour, millet flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), butter, sour cream, vanilla, baking soda, sea salt. Buttercream: butter, sugar, egg whites, water, vanilla. Strawberry Filling: strawberries, organic cane sugar, tapioca starch, sea salt. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs.
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to one month, refrigerated for up to 5 days, best enjoyed at room temperature (remove from fridge or freezer a few hours before eating).

i did get the larger size very disappointed with the taste, a little stale, not as fresh as last year.
The best gluten free cake ever! It was much better than our ‘regular’ cake we had ordered as everyone flocked to gluten free cake instead. I just wish I’d ordered the bigger size!
