Sourdough Loaf
San Francisco style gluten free sourdough bread.
We make this bread fresh every Saturday (unsliced). It is available sliced from our freezer every other day of the week.
Ingredients: water, whole white rice flour, tapioca starch, whole grain sorghum flour, whole grain millet flour, whole organic psyllium husk, pure maple syrup, sea salt, guar gum. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 6 months to preserve freshness.
To prepare: If whole: Slice with a sharp serrated knife and serve warm. Can be sliced and re-frozen for later use as toast. If frozen and pre-sliced, simply warm in oven, microwave or toast to desired preference.
