Three layers of vanilla cake filled with our homemade salted caramel, masked and bordered with our classic Italian buttercream.
Ingredients: Cake: organic cane sugar, eggs, flour blend (white rice flour, millet flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), butter, sour cream, vanilla, baking soda, sea salt. Buttercream: butter, sugar, egg whites, water, vanilla. Salted Caramel Sauce: organic cane sugar, cream, butter, water, sea salt.
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to one month, refrigerated for up to 5 days, best enjoyed at room temperature (remove from fridge or freezer a few hours before eating).
