Frozen gluten free individual pizza shells that you top and bake for fresh pizza any night of the week. Soft texture similar to an Italian thin crust pizza
Sold in packages of 6 pizza shells
Ingredients: flour blend (tapioca starch, millet flour, sorghum flour, brown rice flour, guar gum, sea salt), whole eggs, extra virgin olive oil, organic cane sugar, yeast. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 4 months to preserve freshness.
To prepare: pre-heat oven to 350 F 175C, from freezer place shell on a baking tray lined with parchment or a pizza stone. Top with desired toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes minutes until crust is golden brown.
