Lemon Cranberry Scones

'Tis the season with our lemon cranberry tea biscuits! Perfect for company entertaining, serve with fresh lemon curd, melted butter or clotted cream!

Ingredients: flour blend (millet flour, white rice flour, tapioca starch, guar gum), butter, cranberries, egg whites, organic cane sugar, baking powder (baking soda, cream of tartar), sea salt, lemon zest  *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs. 

Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 2 months. Microwave for 30-60 seconds from frozen, serve warm.
