Whole grain gluten free bun great for sandwiches and burgers, and won't crumble apart on you!
Comes in packs of 6.
Ingredients: water, whole grain brown rice flour, whole grain millet flour, whole organic psyllium husk, tapioca starch, extra-virgin olive oil, maple syrup, yeast, sea salt. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 6 months to preserve freshness.
To prepare: from frozen simply bring to room temperature, toast, or microwave to desired preference.

It is impossible to tell the difference between these gluten free buns and those which are not, according to my non-celiac relatives! Excellent. Highly recommend.
