Christmas Fruitcake

Traditional Christmas fruit cake doused in rum. A close relative to Jamaican black cake!

Ingredients: fruit mix (Papaya, orange peel, glucose, glucose-fructose, lemon peel, cherries, citric acid, artificial colours (contains Red 40, Yellow 5/Tartrazine, Blue 1), artificial flavours, sodium benzoate, sodium metabisulphit), raisins, dates, flour blend (millet flour, white rice flour, tapioca starch, arrowroot starch, guar gum), sugar, red palm oil, eggs, molasses, rum, baking soda, sea salt, spices, maple syrup). *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs
