Delicate white coloured meringues with sprinkled chocolate cookie crumbs sandwiching a layer of dairy-free vanilla icing with more cookie crumbs!

Ingredients: Shell: sugar, tiger nut flour, icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), egg whites, water, vanilla, teal colour, cookie crumbs (flour blend (brown rice flour, arrowroot flour, tapioca flour, cocoa powder), organic cane sugar, organic coconut oil, pure maple syrup, vanilla, guar gum, sea salt, baking soda). Filling: icing sugar, dairy-free butter (Natural oil blend (palm fruit, canola, safflower, flax and olive oils), filtered water, contains less than 2% of pure salt, natural flavour (plant derived from corn, no msg, no alcohol, no gluten), pea protein, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid (non-dairy), and naturally extracted annatto for colour), cookie crumbs, vanilla. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy

Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 2 months, serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
