Dairy-free coconut cream custard in a gluten-free shortbread crust topped with a rich meringue and toasted coconut!
9 inch pie: serves 6-8 people
Ingredients: Shortbread base: flour blend (white rice flour, tapioca starch, guar gum), dairy-free butter (Natural oil blend (palm fruit, canola, safflower, flax and olive oils), filtered water, contains less than 2% of pure salt, natural flavour (plant derived from corn, no msg, no alcohol, no gluten), pea protein, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid(non-dairy), and naturally extracted annatto for colour ), organic cane sugar, organic coconut sugar, sea salt.Filling: coconut milk, organic cane sugar, eggs, shredded coconut, tapioca starch, sea salt, vanilla. Topping: organic cane sugar, egg whites, shredded coconut. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs.
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 1 month. Place in refrigerator overnight, serve chilled. Keeps in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
