Small single layer rectangle carrot cake baked in a tray and topped with double cream cheese icing, perfect for transporting or for a simple dessert.
Ingredients: Cake: cake mix (flour blend (sorghum flour, millet flour, tapioca starch, guar gum), organic cane sugar, baking powder (baking soda, cream of tartar), baking soda, sea salt), water, carrots, organic coconut oil, eggs, spices, vanilla. Buttercream: icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), butter, cream cheese, vanilla. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to one month, refrigerated for up to 5 days, best enjoyed at room temperature (remove from fridge or freezer a few hours before eating).

The carrot cake and macaroons were enjoyed by all. The carrot cake was moist and delicious. Our celiac granddaughter did not like the sandwich bread but perhaps her mom will try grilled cheese or toast. My understanding is that palatable gluten free bread is hard to find. I also purchased a broccoli/cheese quiche and demi loaf for the family. Will let you. know.
Thanks for your feedback, glad the treats were enjoyed. For sure, GF White bread does not compare exactly to regular white sandwhich bread, however, you may want to try her on the Whole Grain bread is she is open to eating 'Brown Bread'. It's very moist and tastes almost like a regular brown bread. Thank you somuch for your feedback, hopefully you can find some staples that she will enjoy :)
