Three layers of vanilla cake masked and bordered with our classic Italian buttercream, topped with sprinkles.
Ingredients: Cake: organic cane sugar, eggs, flour blend (white rice flour, millet flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), butter, sour cream, vanilla, baking soda, sea salt. Buttercream: butter, sugar, egg whites, water, vanilla. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs.
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to one month, refrigerated for up to 5 days, best enjoyed at room temperature (remove from fridge or freezer a few hours before eating).

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was for the writing on the cake—to correct the mistake, it went from cursive to printing that my 10 year niece could’ve done better plus the time to wait for the cake to be fixed, it delayed our Easter luncheon start time. Other than that, the cake was exceptionally delicious and so well made without a dense heavy feeling
Thanks for your feedback Rose, we are so sorry about the writing. YES, originally the cake decorator did a beautiful job with the writing, but the additional message you wanted didn't fit, so we had to re do it and the cake decorator was not it, so one of our bakers re-did it. It was totally our fault for not seeing the complete message in the first place and plus you had to wait, all, just very disappointing. We are soooo glad the cake was enjoyed and we hope your Easter dinner turned out great despite your delay at the bakery.
