Homemade flaky frozen unbaked gluten-free pie shell to use in your own family recipes, especially good for baked fillings like pumpkin pie!

Ingredients: flour blend (white rice flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), butter, water, vinegar, organic cane sugar, sea salt. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs.

Size: 9 inch

Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 6 months.

Baking instructions: Best to use the crust from frozen, fill according to recipe and bake at 325 F / 160 C for 20-35 minutes depending on the recipe. This crust is best not used for par-baking and cold custard fillings, best used for bake-in fillings.
