Making gluten-free muffins is as easy as 1-2-3! Our ready made muffin mix lets you make your favourite flavour of muffins right at home using a few simple ingredients from your pantry.
Ingredients: flour blend (sorghum flour, millet flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), organic cane sugar, baking powder (baking soda, cream of tartar), baking soda, sea salt. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs
Instructions: Keep at room temperature for up to 4 months.
To prepare: pre-heat oven to 350 F 175C. Line 12 muffin cups with liners. In a bowl mix 1 cup of liquid (milk, water, milk substitue), 2 tablespoons of fat (melted butter, oil), and 3 large eggs (3 flax eggs for vegan). Add one package of muffin mix and whisk until smooth. Add your preferred fruit (banana, chocolate chips, blueberries, etc. Fill muffin cups with an icecream scoop or small measuring cup (2/3 full). Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden brown and toothpick comes out clean when inserted. Makes 12 large muffins.
