Vegan Pumpkin Spice Cupcake

Vegan pumpkin spice sponge cake topped with vegan spiced icing.

Ingredients: Cake: cake mix (flour blend (sorghum flour, millet flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), organic cane sugar, baking powder (baking soda, cream of tartar), baking soda, sea salt), water, fresh pumpkin, organic coconut oil, organic flax seeds, spices, vanilla. Icing: icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), sustainable palm shortening, water,  vanilla, spices. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs

Instructions: Keep frozen for up to one month, refrigerated for up to 5 days, best enjoyed at room temperature (remove from fridge or freezer a few hours before eating).
