Gluten-Free Belgian Waffle Mix

Bring Belgium home on Sunday mornings with our new Belgian Waffle mix! Will work in most non-stick waffle irons, light and fluffy with a nice crispy exterior!
Ingredients: flour blend (sorghum flour, millet flour, tapioca starch, guar gum), organic cane sugar, baking powder (baking soda, cream of tartar), sea salt. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs.
Instructions: Keep at room temperature for up to 4 months.
To prepare: In a small mixing bowl combine 1.5 cups of milk (or milk substitute for dairy-free waffles, we like oat milk for this recipe!), 2 eggs beaten and 1/4 cup oil (i.e. melted butter, coconut oil). 2. Add 1.5 cup of Whisked Belgian waffle mix and whisk until there are no lumps. 3. Pre-heat a lightly greased non-stick waffle iron. 4. Add 1/2-3/4 cup batter (or 1 large ladle) to your iron depending on the size and close the top and cook for 4 minutes until brown and crispy. 5. Serve with topping of choice! (1 recipe makes 4 large waffles, can be doubled or tripled!)
