Gluten-Free Vegan Shortbread Pie Crust

Homemade frozen baked shortbread gluten-free pie shell to use in your own family recipes, especially good for custard fillings!

Size: 9 inch

 Shortbread base: flour blend (white rice flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), vegan butter (Natural oil blend (palm fruit, canola, safflower, flax and olive oils), filtered water, salt, pea protein, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid(non-dairy), and annatto extract for color), organic cane sugar, organic coconut sugar, sea salt. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs

Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 6 months.

Baking instructions: Crust is already pre-baked and ready to use. Simply remove from the freezer and fill with your filling. If it is a filling that needs baking, place filling in frozen crust and bake according to recipe at a temperature no higher than 325 F / 160 C. This crust is good for cold custard fillings.
