Three layers of vanilla cake filled with our homemade strawberry reduction, masked and bordered with our classic Italian buttercream.

Ingredients: Cake:  organic cane sugar, eggs, flour blend (white rice flour, millet flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), butter, sour cream, vanilla, baking soda, sea salt. Buttercream: butter, sugar, egg whites, water, vanilla. Strawberry Filling: strawberries, organic cane sugar, tapioca starch, sea salt. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs.

Instructions: Keep frozen for up to one month, refrigerated for up to 5 days, best enjoyed at room temperature (remove from fridge or freezer a few hours before eating).
