Gluten-Free Vegetarian Empanadas

A plant based twist on our Empanadas! Meaty without the meat!

Ingredients: pastry: flour blend (white rice flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), butter, water, vinegar, organic cane sugar, sea salt, filling: lentils, mushrooms, peas, carrots, water, onions, olive oil, brown rice flour, flax seeds, millet flour, sorghum flour, Less than 1%; psyllium husk powder, sea salt, maple syrup, tapioca starch, garlic powder, thyme, pepper, yeast.  *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs

Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 3 months.

Baking instructions: Re-heat in the oven or toaster oven for 15-20 minutes from frozen at 325 F. For speed, re-heat from frozen in the microwave for 4-5 minutes, then heat in the oven or toaster oven for 5 minutes to crisp up the pastry.

*Everything is pre-cooked so it‘s just a matter of re-heating.
