Ingredients: Cake: cake mix (flour blend (sorghum flour, millet flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), organic cane sugar, baking powder (baking soda, cream of tartar), baking soda, sea salt), water, apples, organic coconut oil, organic flax seeds, spices, tapioca starch, vanilla. Icing: icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), vegan butter (Natural oil blend (palm fruit, canola, safflower, flax and olive oils), filtered water, contains less than 2% of pure salt, natural flavour (plant derived from corn, no msg, no alcohol, no gluten), pea protein, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid(non-dairy), and naturally extracted annatto for colour), vanilla. Topping: apples, organic cane sugar, tapioca starch, spices. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs, Tree Nuts (Almonds, Pistachios, Pecans).
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to one month, refrigerated for up to 5 days, best enjoyed at room temperature (remove from fridge or freezer a few hours before eating).
