Tiramisu Cake

Three layers of vanilla cake soaked in espresso, filled with our homemade mascarpone cream, masked and bordered with our classic Italian buttercream and topped with shaved organic dark chocolate.

Ingredients: Cake: organic cane sugar, eggs, flour blend (white rice flour, millet flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), butter, sour cream, vanilla, baking soda, sea salt. Buttercream: butter, sugar, egg whites, water, vanilla. Filling: mascarpone cheese, organic cane sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, espresso. Topping: organic dark chocolate (golden cane sugar, cacao mass, cacao butter). Contain Dairy and Eggs

Instructions: Keep frozen for up to one month, refrigerated for up to 5 days, best enjoyed at room temperature (remove from fridge or freezer a few hours before eating).
