Old fashioned gluten free ethiopian style teff bread.
Ingredients: water, whole grain teff flour, whole grain sorghum flour, whole grain brown rice flour, whole organic flax seeds, whole organic psyllium husk, tapioca starch, extra-virgin olive oil, pure maple syrup, yeast, sea salt. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs.
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 6 months to preserve freshness.
To prepare: from frozen simply bring to room temperature, toast, or microwave to desired preference.
