A vegan red curry dish made with sweet potatoes and lentils served with a bed of basmati rice.
Ingredients: Sweet potatoes, coconut milk, lentils, onions, olive oil, tomato paste, fresh ginger, garlic powder, curry paste (red chili, garlic, lemongrass, galangal, salt, shallot, coriander root, kaffir lime leaf), curry powder, sea salt and black pepper, basmati rice.

Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 3 months.
Baking instructions: Microwave: From frozen remove lid and place in microwave and re-heat for 5-8 minutes until desired temperature is achieved.
Oven/Toaster Oven: From frozen remove lid and place in pre-heated oven at 375 F for 20 minutes.
*Everything is pre-cooked so it ‘s just a matter of re-heating.
