Sweet maple custard baked in a shortbread crust topped with pecans similar to the Quebec “Tarte au pacanes”.

Ingredients: shortbread base: flour blend (white rice flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), vegan butter (Natural oil blend (palm fruit, canola, safflower, flax and olive oils), filtered water, contains less than 2% of pure salt, natural flavour (plant derived from corn, no msg, no alcohol, no gluten), pea protein, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid(non-dairy), and naturally extracted annatto for colour), organic cane sugar, organic coconut sugar, sea salt. Filling: coconut milk, maple syrup, organic coconut sugar, arrowroot starch, organic cane sugar, organic coconut oil, sea salt. Topping: roasted pecans. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs, Tree Nuts (Almonds, Pistachios, Pecans).
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to 2 months. Place in refrigerator overnight, serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
